    The service and quality haven't improved any since previous review. Workers more concerned with visiting with friends than helping customers. Waited almost 20 minutes at the drive thru.

    Well the food is actually pretty good but the service is ran by a bunch of teens that do not even care! Also the place is pretty dirty and all and I mean ALL of there stuff is tan accept these dumb red lights also the tables are always dirty with ice cream and crumbs Ick! I may suggest you should go though the drive through oh also the drive through is so small! Even my dads' truck can not fit hardly in it. But anyways I may suggest you go some where else or do though the drive though if you have a car lol.

    I normally don't review fast food but this place is baaaadddd!!! Messed up my whole order in drive through came in to fix it and tried to give me the right food that was sitting on The counter getting cold! I will be going o McDonald's or burgerking for now on!!

    This DQ is awful! It's all rude teenagers who work here. They have poor customer service, and have no consideration for anyone's time.

    We have been coming to this DQ for the entire 7 years we have lived in Prior Lake but after last night, we will NEVER return. We live within walking distance and often take walks to go get a treat to share - and I frequently buy ice cream cakes. Last night, we went through the drive-thru to get a blizzard to share at about 8:30 pm. It wasn't very busy, we were the only car in line at the time. We sat at the window for about 10 minutes waiting for them to make our blizzard- finally, they handed it to us dripping with melting ice cream and no napkin. Honestly, we have to ask for a napkin when you hand us a dripping cup of ice cream to eat in our car?? We drove away and I took a bite of what tasted like unflavored ice cream with a sprinkle of butterfinger dust. I stirred it thinking the topping must be mixed in SOMEWHERE, but I was wrong! The entire blizzard was missing topping altogether. Not thinking anything of it, we went back through the line and told the box that we'd like a new one b/c there was no topping. The girl is silent for a minute.......then goes........'It's just butterfinger and ice cream......' We just pulled up, obviously she doesn't understand that we're questioning the quantity of mix-in, not the ingredients or concept of a blizzard. We hand it to her, she gets it, we think they will just make a new one and we'll be on our way. Oh NO- this nasty teen comes to the window with his little attitude and goes 'We're not going to just make you a new one, you know. There's enough butterfinger in here. I'm not making you a new one.' (woah, really???) So I said 'It's like they sprinkled dust in there, it doesn't even taste like anything' and the kid goes 'I'll dump some more in there, but you can't have a new one' GROSS! We had eaten out of it and he was about to take it back to the fresh prep area, half melted and dump more crap into it. UNSANITARY!!! So my husband goes 'just give me my money back, this is stupid.' and attempts to hand the teen his card. The teen goes 'No way! I'm not refunding you for $3.84!!!' So my husband says 'Just get your manager, I want my money back and this is crazy!' He shoves my husband's card back at him, storms over to the till and shouts 'I'M the manager on duty tonight!!! WHO ARE YOU GOING TO YELL AT!!!!!!!' (OK, no one yelled at you, you little jerk, get a handle on your temper!!) He grabs the cash, throws it into our car and goes 'Here's your $3.85 back, you can keep the extra penny!!!!!!' UNBELIEVABLE! If he had just said, 'Oh sorry, let me get you a new one,' it wouldn't have been a problem at all - but he had to be dramatic and make a big thing of it. SERIOUSLY! I have never EVER been treated so badly as a customer, especially unprovoked! Unbelievable! If anyone is reading this from DQ in PL, FIRE CHARLES RIGHT NOW! HE SUCKS!

    I ordered a "spicy chicken strip basket". Service was under par, no pleases or thank yous or have a nice day or anything that a normal customer service employee would say. When I got home to eat my order I came to find out that they water down their gravy, don't salt their fries and barely toasted the bread on one side. I might as well have been eating paper. I will never go back there if the owner is willing to sacrifice quality and ripe off their "customers", I have been scammed out of 7 dollars. I am no longer a customer in his/her eyes I am only a victim of their crime. That may seem over dramatic but I didn't get what I paid for. Like a crackhead that was sold a piece of soap instead of a rock. I want my F'n gravy, salt and buttered toast!

    This Dairy Queen is run by a small gang of retarded monkeys. Maybe if I offered to pay in bananas next time I'd actually get what I ordered. Never coming back here again.

    Oh my word! I have never experienced such bad employees! After this last visit, I plan to take my ice cream cravings elsewhere. The employees are a bunch of 17 year olds, who don't know what the heck they are doing, and have poor customer service qualities! Coming from a 17 year old girl herself, I would never dream of treating customers so rudely! And the service was incredibly slow... big order of 3 things here! WOO! Not to mention the ice cream products weren't up to the Dairy Queen quality... melting by the time we got them, no napkins, and not thoroughly mixed. Another thing that really ticked me off was that 1 of the blizzards we ordered for my sister, had nuts that i was allergic to. They didn't label, identify, or even tell me which one was which! Luckily, I took my own nut-free blizzard instead of the nut one... both looked identical! Law suit waiting to happen, people!!!! Take my advice Management, and get some new employees that will take their job seriously and not give me the teen sassy-ness!
